Spring? finally….

By |2016-10-25T16:52:33+00:00March 29th, 2009|Uncategorized|2 Comments

I am posting this to prove to myself, that the possibility of spring is just around the corner. I found these crocus on the side of our studio, basking in the sun, unabashedly brave and tender looking. And since I am in denial of the fact that it is snowing like crazy today, I will [...]

By |2016-10-25T16:52:34+00:00February 28th, 2009|Uncategorized|3 Comments

I swear to god that I am not making chili again this winter; in the hope that will be enough to bring an actual spring. We had a couple of beautiful near 50 degree days, and then last thursday had a winter storm, with ice, snow, sleet, thunder and lightning (yea) and every other form [...]

By |2016-10-25T16:52:34+00:00October 8th, 2008|Uncategorized|2 Comments

After major guilt about abandoning house and family; while weaving like a maniac in September, to prepare for assorted fiber fairs; I am officially hanging up my domestic goddess apron and getting back to weaving. The house has never been cleaner ...thanks Nance and Chris for visiting...and I have even gone so far as to [...]
