I know that my daughter is going to college in the right town ( Madison, WI) when I find a knitted bus stop. Seriously! Nothing like a little subversive knitting, to make you feel right at home.

Wow! I'd like to wait for a bus there. Was this some kind of a project…Knit for Peace? Knit for the Hungry????? Knit for the Poor whose only means of transport is the bus??
Joanne,I don't know the purpose but I have read about guerrilla knitters that decorate trees and lightpoles and such. Cool way to let people know there are still knitters out there. Strange ones, but hey that's ok.
